The Good Stuff
Tailored Trips
Holiday planning is adjusted to individual needs, including a customised trip and flight options matched to a traveller’s schedule and budget.
Detailed Itineraries
Travellers praised carefully arranged schedules, including a Dubai plan covering city sightseeing, desert safari and dhow cruise.
Responsive Updates
Reviews repeatedly mention prompt replies and ongoing coordination, including support by phone or WhatsApp during visa applications.
Family-Friendly Planning
A Malaysia trip with a baby and a women-and-kids Meghalaya tour were both described as comfortable, organised and safety-conscious.
Reliable Transfers
A Muscat-to-India booking included a clean, comfortable car and a highly regarded driver.
Tips for a Better Visit
Clarify Inclusions. Before paying, ask what the single payment covers; one Almaty traveller valued having no hidden charges or last-minute surprises.
Request Tailoring. Share your schedule, budget and preferences upfront, since a Serbia booking included flight options matched specifically to those needs.
Confirm Transfers. For Dubai tours, confirm pickup and drop-off details in advance; punctual transfers were highlighted as a major convenience on a desert safari.
Ask Documentation. If applying for a Schengen visa, ask for a document checklist and submission guidance; reviewers found the detailed preparation reassuring.
Consider Families. Families can ask about child-friendly pacing and safety arrangements; a Meghalaya itinerary was designed for women and children.

The Bottom Line
Exceed Tours & Travels LLC is a Hor Al Anz travel agency for people who want help turning a loose holiday idea into a booked, coordinated trip. Reviews mention Schengen and UAE visa processing, international itineraries, airport transfers and Dubai experiences such as desert safaris. The recurring strength is hands-on coordination: customers were kept updated, guided through documentation and supported during the journey rather than simply handed a booking.
Trip planning is often tailored rather than off-the-shelf. Examples include a Malaysia holiday arranged smoothly for a family travelling with a baby, a women-and-kids Meghalaya tour with safety in mind, and an Almaty package where one payment covered the arrangements without hidden charges or last-minute surprises. Overseas trips to Armenia, Thailand, Maldives, Vietnam and Uzbekistan also received praise for organised schedules and accommodation choices.
For Dubai visitors, the desert safari reviews specifically mention punctual pickup and drop-off, dune driving, camel rides, sunset views and a BBQ dinner. Visa applicants should ask about documentation, appointment steps and exactly what the quoted service includes. Travellers booking a package should also confirm transfers and inclusions before payment, then share their budget and preferences early so the itinerary can be shaped around them.
