The Good Stuff
Fast delivery
Many orders arrive the next day, while some customers report same-day delivery when ordering early.
Broad range
Reviews mention multiple brands plus dry and wet food, litter, accessories and toys, allowing customers to combine their pet needs in one order.
Easy ordering
Customers describe online ordering as smooth and convenient, with website payment and cash-on-delivery options available.
Helpful updates
Customers feeding rescue cats value timely messages about stock, sales and delivery progress, especially for large recurring orders.
Sample bonuses
Several customers received free food samples with their orders, giving cats a chance to try something before the next purchase.
Product replacement
One customer says a damaged tin was replaced quickly, a useful sign for checking problems after delivery.
Local warehouse
The business has a physical store and warehouse in Al Qusais for customers who prefer visiting rather than ordering online.
Tips for a Better Visit
Check stock. For large rescue-cat orders, ask about availability first; one customer specifically tracked Monello 15kg stock for street cats.
Order early. If timing matters, order early: a review says early orders may qualify for same-day delivery, otherwise next day is typical.
Allow parking. If you plan to visit the Al Qusais warehouse, allow extra time to find parking rather than relying on a quick stop.

The Bottom Line
Excellent Oasis General Trading is an animal feed store in Al Qusais that is especially useful for cat owners, fosterers and people feeding stray colonies. You can order dry or wet food, litter and other pet supplies, either online or from the physical store and warehouse. Delivery is a major part of the experience: customers often report next-day arrival, and some say early orders arrive the same day.
The range includes named products such as Monello cat food, Optima Plus Lavender Litter, Maxima litter and wet-food options including Princess Pâté and Promax Stew. Reviews also mention reasonable prices, free delivery in some cases, cash on delivery and occasional food samples. Customers managing many cats particularly value stock updates and being able to combine several brands in one order.
Service is not perfectly consistent. Most reviews describe prompt replies and reliable delivery, but others report a cancelled delivery after waiting, substantial timing changes and a dispute over prepayment. One customer also received boxed food whose can flavours did not match the label.
If visiting the Al Qusais warehouse, plan for difficult parking; ordering ahead and confirming stock and delivery timing may be less stressful.
