Asked the waiter for a medium-well patty but the plate came with a gray well-done patty, it was even crispy due to being massacred over the grill! When the waiter came in to check if everything was fine I told him the beef patty was well-done but that's alright, no big deal. I continued eating while still feeling something is off with the sandwich at which point I noticed it doesn't have any mushrooms! Called another waiter again and asked him to bring a menu to verify the ingredients then asked him if it should have mushroom pieces or not, to which he replied "yes". So I showed him the sandwich and told him there isn't a single piece of mushroom in there. He quickly checked with the kitchen team and told me "it was there in the middle, you already ate it"! Like I wouldn't know the taste of mushrooms had the sandwich had any. Very disappointing service and experience.
