The Bottom Line
Fellora Flowers Trading is a flower-delivery shop in Al Jaddaf where you can order ready-made or customized bouquets, including designs based on inspiration photos. Customers also mention balloon setups with pictures and messages, cakes, chocolates and arrangements for birthdays and other celebrations. The strongest pattern is convenience: reviewers describe quick replies, smooth ordering and punctual delivery, including a spontaneous wife’s-birthday surprise arranged after a WhatsApp message the day before.
Customization is a genuine draw. Customers say the team listened to detailed requests and produced bouquets close to the supplied reference images. Larger bouquets may be worth comparing, as one reviewer felt they offered better value for money.
Presentation also gets attention, from carefully checked cards to flowers and chocolates delivered in excellent condition. There is, however, a real freshness caveat. Many reviewers describe flowers as fresh, vibrant and long-lasting, but several recent customers received old blooms, bruised or missing petals, brown marks, or roses that deteriorated within hours.
One complaint also reported no resolution after follow-up. For an important occasion, confirm the flowers’ freshness before dispatch and send reference photos if the design matters. The business description says same-day delivery is available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, while reviews also report very late delivery when requested.
