The Bottom Line
Fine Curtain and Blinds is a Business Bay window treatment store where you can customise curtains and blinds for individual rooms. Reviews specifically mention blackout curtains, wooden blinds, panel blinds and custom velvet drapes, making the shop useful whether you need sun coverage, a new blind system or a more decorative finish. The strongest practical point is the made-to-measure service.
Customers describe quick measurements, precise installation and curtains tailored for living rooms, bedrooms and villas. One bedroom order was delivered in two days, while another review mentions same-day estimation. Installation feedback is similarly specific: wooden blinds were noted for their finish, and blackout curtains were installed quickly with attractive fabric.
You can also use the fabric and design guidance if you are unsure what suits the room. A customer was helped with colours and designs, while another found the broad fabric selection especially useful for velvet curtains. Free home window estimates are mentioned repeatedly and can help before committing to a style.
There are no clear negative reviews in the supplied set, and no customer-reported prices, so ask for a current quotation during the estimate rather than relying on general affordability claims. Outdoor patio curtains with UV protection are another option if the project extends beyond indoor windows.
