The Bottom Line
Fixperts in Dubai Hills Estate is a practical stop for repairs to things you would rather not replace. Reviews cover phone, laptop, watch, shoe and bag work, with particularly concrete results: one phone that would not start was fixed within 30 minutes, while a Mac laptop was repaired quickly with the fault explained clearly. Shoe restoration also gets strong attention, including ballet flats returned looking new and suede shoes cleaned well.
The shop handles smaller errands too. Customers mention watch battery fitting, crown replacement and resetting Roman numerals, as well as key copying, printing and lamination. A useful example is a key copied immediately while a laptop was being treated after a coffee spill.
The store is at the P2 Cinema parking entrance of the mall, which makes combining a repair with a shopping trip straightforward. Pricing sounds reasonable in several reviews, including a reported AED 85 shoe-cleaning price and a 40 AED heel fix. However, one customer felt AED 45 was excessive for removing one watch-bracelet link after being told the fee would be minimal.
Confirm the exact price before watch adjustments. For phone repairs, it is also worth asking for a diagnosis first: one reviewer says a battery-connection issue was fixed without an unnecessary hardware upsell.
