Tips for a Better Visit
Check samples. View samples in your own room lighting before choosing, since one customer noticed a difference between the sample and product.
Clarify extras. Ask whether your quote includes skirting, door trimming, cleaning and other finishing tasks, as these were included in one apartment job.
Ask availability. If your move-in date is tight, ask about short-notice installation; one customer arranged the work only the night before.
Confirm timeline. For a large villa or house, confirm the schedule in advance; a 300 m² project was reported as taking two days.
Ask warranty. Clarify warranty and post-installation snagging support before work begins, since one customer reported both.

The Bottom Line
Floor Experts is a flooring store in International City where customers can choose materials such as parquet, laminate and SPC flooring, then arrange installation at home. The reviews are especially useful for apartment and villa renovations: customers describe full-room transformations, clean finishing and teams that often complete the work in a day. SPC herringbone flooring is a recurring choice, with reviewers praising precise pattern work and a brighter, more premium-looking result.
Parquet and royal oak herringbone also receive strong comments, while laminate was used in one 50 m² renovation completed in four hours. The team has also handled practical finishing work such as skirting, door trimming, old-floor removal and careful furniture moving. Speed is a clear strength, but it is worth confirming the exact timeline for your area.
A 300 m² job took two days, while one apartment was finished by 4 PM the day after measurement. Customers also mention flexible scheduling, home samples and help choosing a suitable colour or design. Pricing is repeatedly described as competitive or good value, although one reviewer found the sample colour looked slightly different from the installed product, possibly because of lighting.
