Tips for a Better Visit
Set A Budget. Tell the florist your budget upfront; a reviewer said the arrangement was made around it and exceeded expectations.
Try Early. For a last-minute order, consider visiting early; a reviewer found the shop open in the morning and a birthday bouquet prepared quickly on a public holiday.
Use Parking. If you are collecting an order, parking directly by the shop was described as convenient.
Check Availability. During Ramadan, one customer found the selection smaller than usual, so check flower availability before ordering a specific design.
Confirm Balloons. For balloon decoration, confirm how the pieces will be secured and how long they are expected to last.

The Bottom Line
Flora La Mer Flower Trading is a florist in International City for fresh bouquets, gift arrangements and occasion orders. Reviews describe flowers that arrive or leave the shop fresh, neatly wrapped and carefully arranged. A graduation bouquet was delivered very quickly, and customers also mention flowers in a box and elegant gift packaging.
The shop seems comfortable with personal requests rather than only standard designs. One reviewer asked for an arrangement within a budget and felt the result turned out better than expected; another said the team accommodated all requests and delivered late at night. If you need flowers at short notice, a review from a public holiday says the shop was open early and prepared a birthday bouquet quickly.
Parking right by the shop is another useful convenience. Balloon decoration is available, but it is the main caution in the reviews. During one anniversary setup, the Y letter balloon deflated quickly and ceiling balloons fell, leaving only two by the end.
Confirm the balloon setup and expected durability in advance. Flower availability may also narrow during busier or unusual periods: one Ramadan visit found fewer flowers than usual, although two attractive bouquets were still made at reasonable prices.
