Tips for a Better Visit
Request Photos. For delivery orders, ask for a picture or video before dispatch so the bouquet matches your expectations.
Confirm Payment. If you prefer not to pay in advance, ask whether cash on delivery is available before placing the order.
State Preferences. Tell the florist exactly how you want the arrangement made; one customer appreciated being able to choose freely.
Approve First. When ordering remotely, ask for updates and approval of the finished bouquet before delivery, a process praised by an overseas customer.
Ask Volumes. For a larger anniversary or statement order, ask about volume pricing rather than assuming standard bouquet rates.

The Bottom Line
Floral Lane Flower Boutique is a flower-delivery shop in Jumeirah Village Circle, with bouquets and custom arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries and thank-you gifts. Reviews point to fresh blooms, careful wrapping and delivery that is often on time; one customer said a text order arrived an hour later. Choice is a real strength: shoppers mention a big selection, arrangements made to their liking, flowers in a box, luxury plants and especially peonies.
The shop also handled an overseas birthday surprise, sending updates and getting approval before delivery, which is useful when you are ordering from abroad. Pricing feedback is generally favourable, including bouquets described as reasonable, generous in size and suitable for different budgets. A review also mentions competitive pricing for large volumes, making the shop worth asking about for an anniversary or a bigger “wow factor” order.
There is one important service caveat. One customer reported a bouquet arriving smaller than expected and said a discount was not accepted after delivery; another described two batches dying within one or two days and an unresolved refund request. For a delivery, confirm the final design and ask for a photo or video before it leaves, and clarify payment and the remedy if the flowers arrive below standard.
