Check surroundings. After tank cleaning, check the area around the tank before the team leaves, as one customer found it still filthy.
Test pressure. Test water pressure after tank work and raise any pump concern immediately; one review reported a pump problem afterwards.
Request aftercare. For pest control, ask what post-care steps are needed; a customer specifically valued receiving this guidance.
Allow buffer. Leave some flexibility in your schedule for an appointment, since one review mentioned the team arrived a little late.

The Bottom Line
Fresh Living is a sanitation service serving homes and other properties in Dubai Production City. The clearest review-backed uses are water tank cleaning, AC duct cleaning, window cleaning and pest control, so it is more specialised than a basic household tidy-up. Water tank work is often described as professional, quick and efficient, and one customer said the service came with clear explanations.
AC cleaning also received specific praise: a reviewer said the team cleaned all AC ducts while being punctual, polite and extremely professional. Another customer was happy that the AC crew protected everything and left the place clean after sanitising. Window-cleaning feedback highlights competent, pleasant staff, while a pest-control review mentions both thorough execution and post-care guidance.
There is one important tank-cleaning caution. A customer reported that the area around the tank remained filthy and that water pressure stopped working because the pump was not working afterwards. Check the surrounding area and test the pressure before the team leaves.
An older review also mentioned lateness, so a little schedule flexibility may help. No customer-reported prices are provided here.
