Tips for a Better Visit

Showing 2 of 6
1

Scan QR. If payment goes through without juice, scan the machine’s WhatsApp QR code immediately; support may restart it or add credit.

2

Keep evidence. Photograph the empty cup, machine ID and completed payment so support has the details needed to process a credit.

The Bottom Line

FreshNow is a smart vending-machine service built around fresh orange juice. You can buy a cup on the go and watch the machine squeeze the oranges; reviews describe the drink as chilled, naturally sweet and sometimes served with pulp. The process is also described as hygienic because the fruit is squeezed in front of you without direct human handling.

The strongest reason to try it is the support system when a machine goes wrong. Customers have reported WhatsApp agents restarting machines remotely, adding credit for another cup and issuing juice-refund codes. One partial-fill problem was handled in about two minutes, while another customer received a replacement within half an hour.

Complimentary cups have also been offered after failed orders. There is a real caveat: machine faults are not rare in the reviews. Empty cups, partial pours, incorrect cup placement and “Out of Service” messages after payment all appear, and some refunds took longer than promised.

Before paying, check the cup, then keep a photo of the machine ID, empty cup and payment if anything fails. Scan the QR code on the machine straight away. Prices have also risen according to one regular customer, while a reviewed offer was 20 AED for four juices.
