The Bottom Line
GLOBAL ARC LLC is a Bur Dubai tour operator where customers book Dubai tour packages, desert safaris, hotel stays and helicopter services. A family booking was described as well organised from transportation through accommodation, with friendly, knowledgeable guides adding useful recommendations along the way. That makes the company worth considering when you want help coordinating more than one part of a trip rather than arranging every detail yourself.
Value is a recurring theme in the positive reviews. One family received an awesome discount on a Dubai package, while another hotel customer reported getting both a good deal and a discount. The desert safari package was specifically praised as fun, and the helicopter service also received positive feedback.
Reviews additionally mention healthcare, wellness and laboratory-test packages, so the business is not limited to sightseeing bookings. The main caution is how enquiries are handled. Several reviewers complained about persistent cold calls, including calls from different numbers after blocking them.
Others alleged false promises or difficulty reaching the company afterward. If you are contacted or considering a package, confirm inclusions, especially transport or car services, and keep the agreed details in writing before paying. The overall picture is mixed: useful deals and attentive booking support for some customers, but a notably uneven telemarketing and follow-up experience for others.
