“I ordered Chicken Chettinad (half) with roti. They served a very small portion of chicken curry with a small piece of roti, which was not enough for me, so I ordered one more. I waved my hand many times before the staff came to take the order, and the roti was served late. Since I was on a break, I could not wait that long. I finished quickly and went to the counter without saying anything, as I thought it was not good to complain. I also heard similar complaints from the nearby table — they too faced delays in food service. When I was at the counter, the person serving food misbehaved with me. I told him I was in a hurry and didn’t have the patience to listen, but he argued that the delay was only 5 minutes, while in reality it was 10–12 minutes. The reason I am writing this is that the management must give proper training to the staff on customer behaviour and communication, and also provide correct information if there is any delay. My intention here is only to suggest improvements in service. The food quantity was less, but taste-wise it was good.”
