Tips for a Better Visit
Request samples. Ask to try samples before committing to a fragrance; one customer received samples on request before ordering Lavender.
Test medium units. If considering a medium machine, test its operation and app carefully before leaving, since one reviewer reported repeated failures.
Check contents. Before leaving with an air-freshener machine, confirm that the oil bottle is included in the package.
Clarify support. Ask how faults, replacements and upgrades are handled before buying, as several reviews describe difficult after-sales follow-up.
Ask delivery. For a restock, ask whether delivery is available to your location; one customer received scents within three hours after contacting the business on WhatsApp.

The Bottom Line
Green Signal Perfumes Trading LLC in Al Qusais is a scenting supplier for both household and business use. You can browse aroma oils, diffuser machines and car diffusers, with reviews especially focused on fragrance selection and advice when choosing a product. The fragrance side gets the warmer feedback.
One customer finally found the Lavender scent they had been searching for since living in Al Ain, while Cucumber Green Tea was also suggested as a hotel-style option. Other reviews mention a showroom using the “Gentle” scent for six months, and a gents salon where lemon and harmony fragrances kept customers happy. Samples are sometimes available on request.
There are useful service wins too: a WhatsApp restock order reportedly arrived within three hours, and one home user said a couple of litres lasted for years. That said, machine reliability and after-sales support are the main reasons to be careful. A medium unit reportedly failed 90% of the time even after two replacements, while other customers described unresolved faults, a broken car freshener and a missing oil bottle.
If you are buying a machine, test it before leaving and confirm what is included. Ask clearly about replacement, upgrade and follow-up procedures rather than relying on verbal promises.
