  4. Chicken dynamite burger Net +2
“Chicken dynamite burger. Sauce was sriracha, mayo and mustard I think. Supported with some Naga. Sweet and spicy, but not too extreme. Patty was a lovely bit of chicken, based on the texture I'd guess though meat. Very juicy, very well breaded. Supported by jalapenos underneath, and fried onions up top. Bun was a brioche bun, pretty standard, didn't get in the way. Eating this thing was just joyful. Spicy, followed by sweetness and just a wonderful patability. At no point was I overwhelmed by the spice, but the sauce was so delectable I kept coming back for more.”

The Bottom Line

Grind House Burgers is a fast-food burger spot in Al Quoz built around freshly smashed beef burgers. The reviews are strongest on juicy patties, well-balanced sauces and buns that hold together without making the burger unwieldy. The Signature Grind Cheese Burger and double cheeseburger are the clearest starting points for a first visit.

There is plenty beyond the beef menu. Reviewers mention a spicy chicken burger, crispy chicken burger and Chicken Dynamite Burger, with the latter described as juicy, well-breaded and sweet-spicy rather than overwhelming. Fries are another reliable part of the order: one review found them crisp outside and soft inside, while another specifically enjoyed the curly fries.

Service is commonly described as friendly, attentive and quick, even when busy. The Times Square Center setting makes parking easy, though the atmosphere is a mall food court rather than a dedicated dining room. One reviewer reported prices ranging from 20–50 AED and found the portions satisfying for the cost.

There is one useful caution: a reviewer felt the burger became slightly soggy from the amount of mustard. If you prefer a drier burger, it may be worth asking for less sauce. A queue was also reported on one visit, so timing could matter when you are in a hurry.
