The Bottom Line
Groom&Stay is a pet groomer and accessories shop in Al Qusais, with reviews covering cats, dogs and kittens. Customers come for basic grooming and full grooming, including haircuts, nail clipping, tooth brushing and ear cleaning. A lion-look shave and nail caps are also mentioned, so it is worth discussing the exact finish you want before the session.
Gentle handling is the strongest theme. Several reviewers describe patient care for nervous, aggressive or first-time pets, while long-term customers say their animals return comfortable and well groomed. The shop is also described as clean and organized, with a comfortable waiting area and no unpleasant smell.
A vet clinic in the same facility, plus food, treats, clothing and equipment, can make it a practical one-stop visit. Prices are repeatedly described as affordable, reasonable or fair, though the reviews provide no specific amounts. Booking is usually described as accommodating, and reminders are sent when a pet is due for grooming.
There is one important caution: a customer waited 35 minutes with two cats in a cage despite arriving on time, while another complained about a poorly shaved stomach. Confirm timing and explain the requested cut carefully, particularly for cats that find grooming stressful.
