The Bottom Line

Habib Beirut is a Lebanese restaurant in Trade Centre and a handy choice when you are at the World Trade Centre for an exhibition. You can order traditional hummus, fattoush salad, shawarma when available, or substantial mixed-grill platters. The 1kg meat platter was enough for two men in one review, while a 2kg mixed grill was praised for its chicken and meat.

Food quality is not completely consistent. Diners praise the authentic flavours, tender chicken, fish and lamb, and the hummus with meat and pine nuts. The fattoush was called fresh and flavorful, though another customer found the hummus bland.

Other visits produced salty, lukewarm meat, dry bread or a small half chicken. The World Trade Centre location is the clear practical advantage, especially for a quick bite during exhibitions. Service can be attentive and fast, but reviews also describe understaffing, long waits and diners being hurried out after eating.

Availability can change during rush periods, and the online shawarma menu was reportedly not reliable. Prices are often described as high, and several customers reported unsolicited tip additions. Check both the bill and payment terminal before settling up, particularly during busy exhibition periods.
