Food 3

  1. Brussel sprouts Net −1
“Unfortunately, the food quality was poor. My Brussel sprouts looked and tasted terrible. They were dark from the inside. The chicken was rubbery. I returned the food to the staff. They offered me a refund.”
  2. Falafel salad bowl Net −1
“Ordered a falafel salad bowl and was eating the salad until I realised the lettuce was actually rotten!”
  3. Teriyaki salmon bowl Net −1
“I ordered the teriyaki salmon bowl. I told the gentleman and was waiting for him to come so I can slightly adjust but they went to the back to make or add stuff, I don’t know. I wasn’t acknowledged after that. It comes with brown rice and i wanted to request white rice because brown rice is difficult for me to digest but after I said I wanted the bowl he walked away and I didn’t have any interaction after until it was finished in front of me. I told them I cannot eat brown rice, they said why didn’t I say at first. I was simply waiting for him to come back because he just walked away after I said I wanted this bowl. Usually they will have the bowl and start to put the ingredients right in front of you. They said they can’t do much except give me other rice on the inside for an additional 7 dirham…. I mean? And also once I received the bowl it had such a small piece of salmon. The bowl is 49 dirham for god sake. In the image they advertise it is an entire piece of salmon. Will not be returning. I don’t recommend ordering any of their pre made items. Taste is not good either for 49 dirham. Very disappointed because I liked their bowl from before but I guess quality and service has gone down. I’m stuck with a bowl that i can only eat the toppings for 49 dirham. Also go add the toppings they put are barley there. Like ridiculous price for such little portion. Just stacked in the rice and are overcharging.”

The Bottom Line

Healthy & Co suits DIFC office workers looking for a customizable, lighter meal rather than a fixed plate. The ordering system works a little like Subway: you choose the components, and the restaurant can measure ingredients if you are following a specific programme. Reviews also mention the sombrero chicken bowl, Thai shrimp curry, fairy salmon wrap and avo Caesar salad, giving regulars several distinct starting points.

The strongest pattern is friendly, patient service and food that many customers describe as fresh, tasty and filling. It is the sort of place people return to for weekday lunches, and the staff are often praised for explaining the choices to first-time visitors. The menu’s healthy focus also suits customers following vegan, keto or low-carb plans, based on the business’s own description.

There are some important caveats. Delivery has been reported to take more than two hours, while customized or delivered orders have occasionally missed ingredients. Food quality has also been inconsistent: reviews mention brown lettuce, poor Brussels sprouts, rubbery or dry chicken, and crunchy rice.

One customer found the salmon bowl portion much smaller than its menu image and objected to a 7-dirham rice-change charge, so confirm customizations and check the order before accepting it.
