Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm Timing. If your appointment is time-sensitive, confirm the schedule and leave some buffer; one patient waited about 30 minutes.
Use WhatsApp. For children’s appointments, WhatsApp was reported to receive a prompt reply and secure a next-day booking.
Ask About Hours. For urgent dental pain, ask about late-night availability: a review describes immediate treatment after arriving past midnight.
Discuss Options. Ask the dentist to explain the treatment steps and options before starting; patients specifically valued that clarity.
Plan Visits. If bringing a child for root canal treatment, expect that care may be spread across several visits; one case took three.

The Bottom Line
Healthy Smile Clinic is a dental and orthodontic clinic in Dubai Silicon Oasis, with reviews focused on hands-on treatment rather than just routine check-ups. Visitors mention wisdom tooth extraction, root canal treatment, fillings, and teeth cleaning and whitening. The recurring theme is a gentle approach: patients describe comfortable injections, painless procedures and clear explanations before treatment.
The clinic also gets useful feedback for more involved care. One patient had four wisdom teeth removed within two weeks with a smooth recovery; another reported an emergency extraction completed on the same day. Root canal care included a complicated case and a child’s treatment spread across three organised visits, so it is worth asking how many appointments your own case may need.
Reviews describe the setting as modern, clean and well equipped, with welcoming assistants. WhatsApp communication was praised for arranging a next-day appointment, and one patient received treatment after arriving past midnight. Prices are repeatedly described as reasonable, though one dated review reports a roughly 30-minute wait beyond a booked appointment and leaving without treatment.
Confirm timing if you have a tight schedule.
