  2. Bread & spread Net +1
“We really liked the bread & spread, tabbouleh salad and healthy juices we ordered. For me the vegan pasta was not that good because i dont like when they are trying to mimic meat dishes (im vegeterian). The staff was nice to us, the price is reasonable and the interior could be improved a bit to give a nice atmosphere. Overall, we recommend if you are in the area and looking for healtier alternative”
  3. Burgers with chicken breast Net +1
“Amazing food and atmosphere, the burgers, both with chicken breast and classic patty were extremely good, the people serving very kind. Unfortunately, I would’ve preferred to be mentioned that the cheese is extra AED, not to find out on the receipt.”

  11. Pancake Net +1
“Healthy food with different dietary options (like high protein, for example) in a very cosy, modern environment. Just make sure you leave a big space for desert, we couldn't finish the pancake in 2, although it was absolutely delicious.”

What to Avoid (9)

Food 8

  1. Acai Net −1
“I found a sharp piece of glass or plastic in the middle of my acai while I was eating it. Thankfully, I noticed it before swallowing it. This is a very serious food safety issue. If I had swallowed it, it could have caused serious injury.”
  2. Asian chicken Net −1
“Very bad hygiene, i ordered home delivery, i was eating the asian chicken and suddenly i felt something in my mouth!!! Shockingly it was a HAIR!!!!!! HAIR!!! Which kind of hygiene if that!!! I AM REALLY SHOCKED!!!!!!”
  3. Bruselas sprouts Net −1
“Unfortunately the bruselas sprouts were not washed properly they had some insects”
  4. Egg and turkey wrap Net −1
“Heat used to be my favorite place but today I was completely shocked with the waiting time, quality and serving size. I ordered an egg and turkey wrap, and I received this tiny sandwich for 37 dhs which looks much smaller than in the picture in the menu. There was barely any egg in the sandwich (it looked like only 1 egg or max 2 small eggs) and Over that I had to pay extra for protein bread and got no sides as apparently they dont do it for takeaway. I waited 15 mins for them to make this which I can make at home under 5 mins for less than 5 dhs!!! Subway and mcdonalds have better value for money at this point.”
  5. Eggs and avocado bun Net −1
“I ordered a basic breakfast eggs and avocado bun. The bread was from the previous day, not fresh despite the prices. When I told the waiter he said you should have told me in the beginning. Well Maybe you shouldn’t offer your customers stale bread in the first place?”
  6. Grilled chicken Net −1
“The grilled chicken was by far the worst I’ve ever had—dry, bland, and poorly cooked with no real flavor.”
  7. Oat pancakes Net −1
“Food has become very inconsistent, never tastes the same and oat pancakes were delivered uncooked and half the usual size.”
  8. Vegan pasta Net −1

Drinks 1

  1. Americano Net −1
“Healthy cafe. We were on Friday for lunch and were the only clients. But the order had to wait quite a long time, so my americano had time to cool down. the food was tasty.”

The Bottom Line

HEAT is a healthy food restaurant in Jumeirah with a menu suited to people watching calories or macros without sticking only to salads. You can build your own chicken or beef bowl, order a Salmon Bowl, try a mango smoothie, or finish with blueberry cheesecake. Breakfast is also a recurring draw, with fresh oats, egg-and-avocado buns and oat pancakes mentioned in reviews.

The strongest practical feature is clarity: one customer says the menu lists macros, while another praises the vegetable and protein choices in a filling bowl. Delivery is a real part of the business too, and sturdy packaging reportedly keeps portions intact. The setting is described as cozy and welcoming, with indoor and outdoor seating; parking is mentioned, including free parking in one review.

There are important cautions. Reviewers have reported a sharp piece of glass or plastic in an acai, insects on Brussels sprouts and a hair in delivered Asian chicken. Food quality has also varied, from dry grilled chicken to uncooked oat pancakes, and some diners found portions too small for the price.

Ask about extras before paying—the cheese charge was not disclosed until the receipt—and allow extra time, as waits have occasionally been long.
