Confirm fees. Before choosing card payment, confirm whether an extra fee applies, since one customer said it was not disclosed.
Check timing. If your order is time-sensitive, confirm the delivery window and follow up if it passes; one order slipped by a day.
Ask flavours. Ask for the available flavours and cost before ordering; customers say the team shares both by text.

The Bottom Line
Heets Iqos UAE is an online-focused vaporizer store serving Al Barsha and customers across the UAE. You can order IQOS products, HEETS or TEREA sticks, including TEREA Oasis Pearl, with delivery often reported within one to three hours. WhatsApp ordering and payment on delivery make the process convenient for customers who want a quick restock.
Reviews also point to useful practical strengths: customers describe the products as genuine, say website-listed stock was available, and mention careful packaging. One buyer found the TEREA Oasis Pearl flavour fresh and satisfying, while another reported that an IQOS order arrived safely and in excellent condition. Card and cash payment on delivery are both mentioned, although the card-payment terms deserve a quick check before confirming.
The main caution is consistency of communication rather than the products themselves. One TEREA order scheduled for 29 April arrived on 30 April after the driver gave limited clarification and messages went unanswered. Another customer reported an undisclosed extra card fee followed by no response.
For a time-sensitive order, confirm the delivery window and payment cost first, then use WhatsApp or text to keep the order details clear.
