Confirm duration. Before starting, confirm the exact session length; one customer said a 60-minute booking ended after 42 minutes.
Clarify pressure. State your preferred pressure and technique clearly, especially for deep tissue, since one customer received a softer massage instead.
Set charges. Ask what is included and settle any tip or extra-service expectations before the massage begins.
Check cleanliness. If cleanliness is important, check the room before changing; reviews range from very clean to reports of bad smells and poor conditions.
Explain needs. Give the receptionist a clear explanation of what you want at check-in, as one visitor found the initial communication difficult.
