Tips for a Better Visit
Bring references. Bring a photo of the design you want; one customer received a 3D drawing within an hour to review before production.
Confirm colours. Ask for physical or photographed samples before approving the order; one customer received a colour sample to check against the specification.
Check payment. Clarify the balance and delivery arrangement before ordering, as one review says full payment was required before delivery.

The Bottom Line
HOC Furniture and Curtains / Sleepwell mattress in Al Quoz is aimed at shoppers who want furniture made around their room rather than selected entirely off the shelf. Reviews cover custom beds, sofas, TV units, dining tables, curtains, blinds and Sleepwell mattresses. The strongest pattern is hands-on customisation: customers chose sizes, colours, fabrics and finishes, while one buyer brought a reference image and received a 3D drawing within an hour.
Beds are the standout purchase. Reviews mention a complicated king bed with a large headboard, the Alessa bed and an Abhi bed with under-storage. Customers also describe curtains and blinds as accurately measured and neatly installed.
Mattress shoppers reported guidance based on comfort and budget, while a Beautyrest mattress was praised for improving sleep. Delivery times are not fixed. One bed was made, delivered and fitted between Monday and Thursday; another arrived in 10 days, and a custom bed and ottoman took about two weeks.
Ask for the expected timeline, confirm fabric or colour samples, and clarify payment and delivery arrangements: one review says the full balance was due before delivery. Installation is generally described as careful and clean, and a sofa adjustment was handled without an extra charge.
