The Good Stuff
Custom sizing
Bar stools can be customised to suit an island height, making the shop useful when standard furniture does not quite fit.
Home trials
Customers have been allowed to view or try furniture at home before committing, which helps with scale, colour and placement decisions.
Lamp installation
Lamp installation was described as careful and clean, with the team helping choose positions and leaving no drilling dust behind.
Flexible delivery
The team has accommodated requested delivery dates, early deliveries, split shipments and last-minute additions.
Distinctive designs
Reviews repeatedly point to unique, boho-style and well-curated furniture and décor that looks especially good in person.
Online convenience
The online shop was described as easy to navigate, with responsive guidance, professional billing and convenient delivery coordination.
Tips for a Better Visit
Verify stock. For altered or limited-stock furniture, confirm the exact pieces and quantities in writing before delivery.
Ask to trial. If you are unsure about scale or fit, ask whether the furniture can be brought home for a no-obligation viewing.
Request customisation. If stools are the wrong height for your island, ask about customising them rather than ruling out the design.
Book installation. For multiple lamps, include installation and ask the team to help determine placement; one review found the work clean and unrushed.
Shop sales. If budget matters, check sale periods: one customer specifically found the products pricey outside sale shopping.

The Bottom Line
Home and Soul is a design-led furniture and accessories shop in Al Wasl, with both a showroom and an online store. You can browse distinctive furniture, rugs, lighting and décor, then get help with decisions that are usually difficult to make from a product photo. Reviews mention choosing a couch and rug with the team, trying coffee tables at home and arranging a carpet trial.
The service is the clearest reason to consider it. Bar stools have been customised for kitchen-island height, furniture has been stored while builders caught up, and delivery teams have placed pieces in position. Lamp installation also receives specific praise: one review says the installers helped decide locations and left no drilling dust.
After-sales support is unusually hands-on in the reviews, including repairing three-year-old rattan chairs, collecting and restoring a stained concrete side table, and repairing a damaged lamp at home within 48 hours. There is one important check before delivery. A customer received the wrong mix of chairs and altered bar stools, including a punctured stool, so confirm exact quantities and inspect limited-stock or modified pieces.
Prices are described as high by one reviewer; sale shopping may make more sense. Valet service is mentioned in the business description.
