The Bottom Line
Hookah Market in Al Barsha is aimed at people buying a complete hookah setup, replacing tobacco or adding accessories. Reviews mention branded and original hookahs, Russian tobacco with many flavours, bowls, coals and HMDs. The main draw is the in-store guidance: staff have compared models, explained quality and performance, matched choices to a budget, and shown buyers how to prepare and use their set.
The range includes named products such as Alpha Hookah, XHOOB hookah, Alpha Artist Collection and Cosmo bowls. Russian tobacco enthusiasts also mention finding Musthave flavours, while one reviewer was watching for DarkSide to come on sale. This makes the shop useful for both newcomers who need help building a setup and experienced smokers looking for specific brands or darker tobacco.
Delivery and WhatsApp ordering have produced mixed results. Some customers received orders in under 24 hours, completed a WhatsApp purchase in about 10 minutes, or got an urgent Ramadan delivery within an hour. Another Abu Dhabi order was two days late, so confirm timing and stock before paying.
The website was also criticised for showing products out of stock without a useful availability filter. Finally, inspect purchases promptly and clarify after-sales support, because one buyer reported an unresolved manufacturing defect.
