Tips for a Better Visit
Plan parking. If driving, allow time to find a space; basement parking is close but costs almost 5 AED an hour.
Confirm permits. Before starting, ask which permits are included; one clinic project involved DHA, DDA and other required permits.
Use WhatsApp. WhatsApp or email may be useful for sending renovation requirements and getting quick answers.
Allow travel time. Build in extra travel time because a review reports the surrounding traffic is worst for much of the day.
Expect offices. The building is mainly an office centre, so check the exact office location before arriving.

The Bottom Line
IR Interior is an interior-design and approvals company in Port Saeed, and the strongest review evidence centres on making regulatory work easier. Customers mention clinic approvals involving DHA, DDA and other required permits, Dubai Municipality design approval, and support for house renovations. The business-supplied information also positions it around interior design and fit-out work.
The practical draw is process support rather than a retail-style visit. Reviews describe the team as professional, quick to respond and clear by WhatsApp or email, with one customer saying the clinic permits were completed on time. Another reviewer says the company handles approvals for Dubai authorities and considers its prices reasonable, although no detailed service quote appears in the reviews.
Plan the visit as an office appointment. The surrounding building is described as mainly offices and somewhat old, while parking can be difficult. Basement parking is close but was reported at almost 5 AED an hour, and traffic is said to be worst for much of the day.
Ask in advance which approvals are included and whether your project needs additional permits, especially for clinics or renovation work.
