The Good Stuff
Furniture protection
Teams commonly cover furniture and flooring, use shoe covers and leave the work area tidy after AC cleaning.
Visual proof
Before-and-after photos, and sometimes videos or a report, help customers see what was cleaned.
Flooring work
Reviews also cover successful SPC flooring repair, wooden flooring installation and flooring projects completed within the given time.
Punctual service
Several customers specifically mention technicians arriving on time and completing the work efficiently.
Reasonable pricing
Customers describe the pricing as reasonable, including one AC duct-cleaning review comparing it favourably with competitors.
Tips for a Better Visit
Request photos. Ask for before-and-after photos or a report so you can check what the AC team actually cleaned.
Confirm scope. Before booking, confirm in writing whether drain trays and filters are included, as one customer said both were missed.
Check coils. If an AC odour remains, ask specifically whether the coils and clogged pipes were inspected rather than assuming duct cleaning solved it.
Get a quote. Request a written price and scope before work starts; reviews call the pricing reasonable but provide no currency amounts.

A customer reported that a clogged drain tray and one dusty filter were left uncleaned despite appearing in the agreed scope.
Quality dispute
One customer said another company later found the ducts still dirty, while Interifix provided pictures the customer considered irrelevant.

The Bottom Line
Interifix is a property-maintenance provider in Jebel Ali Village, with customer reviews centred on AC duct cleaning and selected flooring and renovation work. You can book a deep AC clean covering ducts, grills, filters and sometimes coils, or arrange SPC flooring repair, wooden flooring or apartment painting and layout changes. The strongest pattern is a tidy, methodical visit.
Reviewers describe on-time technicians, furniture and flooring covered with plastic sheets, shoe covers, and clean-up after the work. Several received before-and-after photos; one two-apartment AC job also came with a report showing the difference. For a villa, one reviewer said the team checked indoor and outdoor units, filters and electrical components, then shared photos and videos.
Pricing is described as reasonable in several reviews, and one flooring-repair customer said the scope increased without an extra charge. There are no customer-stated currency amounts here, so request a written quote rather than treating “reasonable” as a fixed price. A small but important caution: three reviews report unresolved AC problems, including lingering odour, allegedly unclean ducts or coil, and a missed drain tray and filter.
Before work starts, confirm whether coils, drain trays and filters are included, and agree what follow-up covers if the smell or cooling issue remains. One reviewer also felt the final clean-up could have been better.
