Tips for a Better Visit
Check details. Confirm the full address and pickup contact before booking; one wrong number was corrected only after a support call.
Track closely. For time-sensitive parcels, monitor the status and follow up early rather than relying on repeated promised delivery times.
Confirm handover. Do not accept an unattended drop-off; insist on a call, confirmation and a proper handover at delivery.
Verify pickups. For valuable collections, verify who is collecting and request courier details before handing over the parcel.
Allow buffer. Avoid booking same-day service for critical documents without a time cushion, as one promised same-day delivery took two days.
Watch COD. If using COD, allow for possible payout delays and keep records of your IBAN, emails and follow-ups.

The Bottom Line
Jeebly LLC is a Dubai logistics service in Al Quoz for parcel deliveries, pickups and moving. You can book through the Jeebly app for domestic shipments, try express delivery, or use Moveo for an apartment shift. Reviews include a parcel from Abu Dhabi to Dubai delivered the next day for around 18 dhs, as well as a cross-city urgent delivery completed in two hours.
The moving service gets some of the clearest praise. One 1 BHK move took six hours, with the team also helping with curtain fitting and TV mounting; other customers mention careful handling of furniture and fragile items. The app is also useful for tracking activity and updates.
Courier performance is less consistent. Some parcels arrived safely and ahead of expectation, but others were delayed for days or weeks, returned over address confusion, or left outside without a proper handover. Customer support is also described as difficult to reach or ineffective, while COD payouts have taken more than three weeks in one case.
Check address and contact details carefully, verify pickup identity for valuable parcels, and build in extra time for urgent deliveries.
