Fast delivery
Delivery is repeatedly described as fast, with one customer saying the order arrived exactly when promised.
Broad hardware
Reviews mention that almost all types of hardware and tools are available, with on-site delivery often arranged when something is missing.
MEP supplies
One review says the shop has almost all required material for MEP work, making it useful for industrial-area sourcing.
Delivery option
Customers specifically mention delivery availability, including branded and non-branded building materials.
Good value
Several reviews describe the pricing as affordable or reasonable, including one comparison with suppliers in Dubai and Sharjah.
Tips for a Better Visit
Check stock. Call or message first if you need a specific range; one dated review found very little variety on a previous visit.
Confirm specs. Bring your questions and ask the team to walk through specifications; a customer found that explanation especially helpful.
Ask delivery. If an item is unavailable in-store, ask whether it can be delivered to your site, as reviews say this is often arranged.
Compare prices. For a larger purchase, compare quotes first: reviews praise low prices, but another recent customer called the shop overpriced.
Allow time. Leave extra time for support or returns; one pump-related visit reportedly involved a 30-minute wait for a five-minute task.

The Bottom Line
Al Yasmeen is a building materials shop in Dubai Industrial City where you can pick up general-purpose hardware, tools and MEP materials, with paints and other building essentials also part of its stated range. It is worth considering when you need help choosing specifications rather than simply grabbing a standard item: one customer arrived with many questions and said the team explained each point clearly. The reviews also point to useful supply support.
Customers mention almost all types of hardware and tools, branded and non-branded building materials, and delivery to site when an item is not available immediately. Several people describe delivery as fast; one order reportedly arrived exactly when promised. For project buying, that combination of product knowledge and delivery can save a separate sourcing trip.
Pricing feedback is mixed. ” Compare quotes for a larger order. Stock may also vary: one visitor found very little variety during a previous visit.
Take extra care with after-sales requests. A customer returning a faulty pump reported inappropriate desk-side behaviour, difficulty getting a pipe wrench to remove a fitted bolt and a roughly 30-minute wait. Confirm the returns or replacement process and allow time if you need hands-on assistance.
