The Bottom Line
This Bur Dubai supplier is centred on Jotun paint and building materials, with reviews describing it as a useful one-stop shop for contractors and maintenance work. You can buy painting materials, have Jotun Paints mixed to a required colour, and find general home-maintenance items such as shattafs, pumps, pipes and electrical lights. Other reviews mention civil and MEP materials, so it can suit larger work orders as well as paint purchases.
The strongest theme is practical assistance. Customers describe the sales and support team as cooperative, knowledgeable and quick to respond, with several saying they were helped to choose the right material for their requirements. Reviews also mention on-time delivery, including for civil and MEP orders, and a well-stored shop with good-quality products.
WhatsApp is specifically mentioned as a quick route for enquiries. Pricing deserves a little checking. Some customers describe reasonable, discounted or excellent prices, but another says Satwa can be slightly more expensive than Al Quoz, while one complaint alleges inconsistent charging.
Ask for a clear quote before buying and compare if the order is substantial. Reachability has also been described as slightly difficult, so confirming the route and stock ahead of a visit could save time.
