   “The Boti fry was semi cooked and not edible at all.”

   “Asked specifically for Brain pepper roast (as I am allergic to onions). When the food came the brain fry had only onions!!”

   “Asked specifically for Brain pepper roast (as I am allergic to onions). When the food came the brain fry had only onions!!”

4. Buttermilks Net −1

   “I ordered three buttermilks and clearly mentioned—multiple times—that ice should be mixed while blending. The waiter acknowledged this and said “sure.” However, while waiting, there was a heated argument happening between the waiter and the kitchen staff. After waiting for about five minutes with no progress, I went to check on the order only to realize it had not even been started because their internal argument was still ongoing. If the team was unable to prepare the order at that time, they should have informed us instead of making us wait unnecessarily. While they were blending the buttermilk, I once again reminded them to mix the ice properly. They confirmed it was done. However, when the drinks were finally served, there was absolutely no ice in them, and half of the cup was filled with foam. It was clearly not prepared as requested. They even checked the salt twice, yet ignored the basic instruction regarding ice.”

   “Ordered chicken Naattu Kozhi Biryani. I didn’t know No chicken in this biryani , its only Rice . Can anyone explain please”

   “Also tried their veg and chicken samosa,it fell short of expectation as it was too oily and soggy.”

9. Kari mutton biryani Net −1

   “however their waiter recommended kari mutton biryani was overpriced and the mutton was extremely tough and dry . Barely 3 tiny 1.5 inch pieces in that for 30 dirhams. Which the waiter didn't mention which mutton biryani it was . Then ended up being the more expensive option on the list . It was extremely oily .”

10. Karuvattu meals Net −1

    “I ordered the Karuvattu meals from the Dubailand branch, and it was extremely disappointing. The taste was very poor, and the food quality was below expectations. I was completely fed up after eating it. This is not what I expect from this restaurant, especially considering the price. Overall, a very bad experience, and I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the food quality.”

    “Ultimately, I settled for a Masala Dosa, which proved to be a major letdown. The dosa itself was far from the soft, crispy texture one would expect. The layer was unacceptably hard, making it difficult to cut and eat, and it was clear it had not been prepared fresh with care.”

    “We ordered mutton gravy and we found all those pieces (around 10 to 12) are fully solid fat cubes. Not even a single meat piece is added to it even accidentally.”

    “One of the Mutton meals we tried did not have flesh, but rather only fat pieces, which were not worth the price we paid for them.”

    “Very Very Disappointed, No where in Dubai they charge Plain Dosa for 9 Dirhms . Its just normal plain Dosa .”

    “They forgot where they came from prices of food is really not worth to taste they are charging 7 AED for plain mutton salna but taste like edible mud water..”
