    “I’ve had plenty of classic biryanis, but the Chicken Tikka Biryani here is a different beast entirely. The chicken was the star. Unlike regular biryani where the meat is boiled with the rice, these were tandoor-grilled tikka, they had those beautiful charred edges that provide a bitter-smoky contrast to the spicy masala. The rice was perfectly 'al dente'—long, slender grains of Basmati that didn't stick together, stained orange and white. It’s punchy. You get the tang from the yogurt marinade and a slow-building heat from the green chilies. I highly recommend pairing it with their Raita; the coolness of the yogurt cuts through the 'bhuna' (roasted) spice of the tikka perfectly.”

My kids were used to should in excitement the moment I would tell we are going to Kabab Karachi and now on our last visit and then a noon order consecutively it confirmed that the chef is changed or some other change that took away the taste. Please bring back that taste you used to have.”
