Request Training. Ask for installation guidance or a short demo so you understand the printer before using it.
Check Media Costs. If buying a photo printer, ask about media pricing and maintenance as well as the machine itself.
Ask Delivery. For urgent equipment needs, ask whether same-day delivery is possible; one Epson P700 arrived within a couple of hours.
Confirm Settings. For event or photo-booth rental, ask the team to help set the correct printing settings before the event.

The Bottom Line
Kepler Tech LLC is a printing equipment supplier in Bur Dubai, with reviews centred on Epson machines, Citizen digital photo printers, ink and paper. It is worth considering if you need equipment for a studio, craft shop, office, event or photo booth and want help beyond the sale. The Citizen CX-02 is the standout review subject: customers describe sharp, vibrant, high-resolution photos, fast output and easy operation.
One event user said each photo took only a few seconds, while another reported lower cost per print than an older printer. The Citizen CY02 is also described as economical, with little maintenance over two years of event use. On the Epson side, customers mention the C6000, C5890 Workforce, P700 fine-art printer, SC F100 sublimation printer and large-format or plotter models.
Reviews also point to genuine Epson ink, printing paper and media, with delivery described as timely. A same-day P700 request was reportedly delivered within a couple of hours. Installation and follow-up support are recurring strengths.
Customers mention setup guidance, short demonstrations, phone assistance and help with printer settings. If you are comparing machines, ask about media pricing, maintenance and training—not just the purchase price. Reviews do not provide specific current prices, so confirm today’s quote directly.
