“I ordered from the drive-thru, but when I left, I found the main item (sandwich) was missing. I had to drive back again. By then, the rest of the food was already cold. I asked them to replace it, but they only added the missing sandwich and gave me the same cold food. I also called customer support, but they hung up on me twice. On top of that, the food quality was extremely poor. Also, this isn’t the first time, on a previous visit they forgot my onion rings too. Really disappointing service.”

Check Orders. Before driving away, check that the main item is included; one customer had to return for a missing sandwich.
Allow Time. If using the drive-through, leave extra time rather than assuming a quick handover; one visit exceeded 30 minutes.
Confirm Pieces. Confirm the requested chicken pieces and availability before paying, especially if ordering drumsticks.
Avoid Peaks. For a smoother visit, try an off-peak time when possible; one customer saw later arrivals served first.
Check Freshness. If freshness matters, ask about the batch before ordering; one customer said the chicken tasted stale.

The Bottom Line
KFC | Adnoc Al Khawaneej is a convenient fried-chicken stop in Al Khawaneej’s petrol pump area. You can order a bucket, a loaded twister, sandwiches or sides such as onion rings, either at the counter or through the drive-through. Several customers describe the food as hot, fresh and delicious, and one review specifically praised a clean environment.
Service is the branch’s most noticeable strength when things go well. Reviews mention fast preparation, helpful ordering support and a friendly, efficient team. It can work well for a quick stop, and the petrol pump setting adds practical convenience.
Pricing was described as reasonable, although no exact amount was provided. The experience is not fully consistent. Customers have reported drive-through waits of more than 30 minutes, a sandwich missing from an order, incorrect chicken pieces and food arriving cold after a replacement delay.
More seriously, separate reviews report a bee in a drink and a bug in food, while others describe stale, dry chicken. Check your order before leaving, confirm piece availability, and allow extra time if you are using the drive-through.
