The Bottom Line
King Drive Auto Repair Workshop LLC is an auto repair shop in Al Garhoud, with reviews covering everyday vehicle servicing as well as engine work, gear repairs and limousine service. It is worth considering if speed matters: one customer received a car back within 15 minutes, while another reported a 20-minute turnaround. Those examples likely relate to straightforward jobs rather than every repair.
The workshop also gets credit for a comfortable waiting experience. A detailed review mentions water, coffee, tea and free Wi-Fi, while other customers praise the welcoming, respectful manner of the staff. Free car washing is mentioned with some services, so it is worth asking whether it is included in your job.
Reviews also describe pricing as reasonable, and one customer specifically said there were no surprise costs at the end. The feedback is not uniformly positive. One reviewer said other parts were damaged after gear work and that extra money was requested for repairs.
Another complained about poor dent work on a BMW, and a separate review criticised the night-shift staff and management as uncooperative. For bodywork or complex repairs, confirm the scope, check for existing damage, and agree on any additional costs before work begins. Timing may vary too: some reports praise fast service, while another mentions a long wait.
