KingsFaris

KingsFaris is a leadership and strategy execution advisory firm based in Dubai, working with GCC-owned organisations at moments of change, growth and succession. We help CEOs and boards turn strategy into results through senior-led advisory, our KingsFaris EOCP Core execution & organisational clarity diagnostic, and bespoke leadership development. Alongside this, we run tightly managed Executive Search & Selection mandates for critical leadership roles and design Succession & Future Leadership plans that give families, boards and shareholders confidence in the next generation of leaders.
