“I ordered the Matcha Tiramisu and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. It tasted neither like tiramisu nor like matcha. Neither flavor came through at all, which is quite surprising considering those are the two things the dessert is supposed to be. As someone who genuinely loves both tiramisu and matcha and has tried many versions of each, I was expecting much more. Instead, it tasted more like a cheap supermarket cake than a premium dessert. The recipe seriously needs to be reconsidered, or the dessert should be given a different name, because “Matcha Tiramisu” creates expectations that this product simply doesn’t meet. I hope the kitchen team takes this feedback seriously, because this was one of the most disappointing desserts I’ve had in a long time.”
