  1. Bubble gum gola Net −1
“Bubble Gum Gola [AED 8.5]: This was ordered by our friends, not something we would go for but it was way too sweet for our tastebuds so we would not repeat this. Instead, for those who like bubblegum and can handle the excess sugar could give a shot though.”
  2. Gola Net −1
“It's a great place for variety of Kulfi(s). Been there there many times earlier. However, recently I had Gola there which is not as expected. Their Gola is very hard freezed crushed ice which is hard to eat and don't give the same feeling of having Gola back in India.”

Drinks 1

  1. Shalimar baag shake Net −1
“I ordered the Shalimar Baag Shake, advertised as a blend of strawberry, nuts, and milk, and paid extra for additional nuts to add some crunch. What arrived was absolutely disgusting: poor quality across the board, and it left me with a stomach ache afterward. The problems, one by one: No real strawberry. It tasted like they'd just dumped in some cheap syrup. Spoiled milk. It was smelling off, almost certainly expired. Watery, not thick. A shake is supposed to be rich and thick. This was runny and thin, nothing shake-like about it. Rancid nuts. The "extra" nuts were roasted in what smelled like cheap, reused oil. Filthy packaging. A thin shrink wrap was placed directly over the opening of the cup instead of sealing the cap, so the wrap was touching the shake itself. I don't even want to think about how dirty that roll of wrap was. To the owner and team at Kulfilicious: please don't drag the names of India's beautiful monuments through the mud by attaching them to food this poor. If you genuinely want to understand what a thick, quality strawberry shake tastes like, go try the one at Five Guys and learn what the word "quality" actually means.”

Tips for a Better Visit

Showing 2 of 6
1

Choose kulfi. If it is your first visit, start with kulfi rather than experimenting widely; one reviewer found quality varied across flavours and items.

2

Plan orders. Decide your combinations before reaching the counter, especially at busy times, because customised orders can slow billing.

The Bottom Line

Kulfilicious is a dessert parlor in Al Karama for Indian kulfi, falooda and frozen treats. Its main draw is choice: reviews mention more than 20 kulfi flavours, with Royal Falooda Kulfi, Paan Kulfi, Sultani Kulfi and Malai Kulfi among the named options. The DIY Falooda Kit is another unusual choice, letting you assemble the dessert at home.

The branch has a colourful, nostalgic street feel, with details such as cycle seating, Hindi quotes and an auto-rickshaw display. Customers describe it as comfortable for families and friends, though one review found the small shop congested. Weekend queues are possible, and nearby street parking is paid.

The clearest advice is to focus on kulfi and choose carefully rather than ordering blindly from the broad menu. Some reviewers found the kulfi enjoyable and fairly priced, while shakes, golas and certain falooda combinations were less reliable or poor value. Service feedback is also uneven, including unclear explanations and weak handling of missing falooda ingredients.

There are serious isolated complaints about plastic in kulfi, a hair in a cup and an off-smelling shake, so checking your order before eating is sensible. The overall experience can be rewarding for kulfi fans, but expectations should be measured.
