The Bottom Line

Landmark Restaurant is a practical Al Quoz - Al Quoz Industrial Area 2 stop for Pakistani and Indian food, especially if you are looking for an inexpensive lunch rather than a polished dining experience. The reviews specifically point to mutton kadai or mutton karahi, Pakistani chicken biryani, aloo paratha and fried lady finger; the mutton dishes receive some of the strongest praise. Pricing is a major reason people return.

50 lunch meal. The restaurant is bigger inside than its older exterior suggests, and reviews mention seating plus separate facilities for families, although another diner described the clientele as mainly working-class men and said it was not especially family-friendly. Service is the main uncertainty.

Several customers describe orders taking more than an hour to be taken, missed phone orders and deliveries arriving two hours late, even from nearby. Check your order, sides and timing before settling in. One delivery missed the salad and showed Peshwari Chicken at 15 DHS instead of the menu's 12 DHS.

The room can also be uncomfortable: reviewers mention faulty air conditioning and afternoon heat around the open kitchen. Food quality is not completely consistent, so the kitchen's better-known mutton dishes may be a safer first order than a less familiar special.
