The Bottom Line
Lapiz Blue is a construction-material wholesaler in Al Quoz that customers particularly use for Mapei products, construction chemicals and related building materials. Reviews also mention Dulux paints, while several customers value the team’s technical guidance on how to use different products. That makes the shop more useful than a simple collection point when you need help matching a material to a job.
The range sounds substantial: one review calls it a one-stop solution for construction chemical materials, and another highlights a huge variety of Mapei products. Some customers also report quick service and short delivery turnaround, which can help when a project is moving quickly. A concrete seamless coating product and a vacuum elevator are among the more unusual items mentioned in the reviews.
Most feedback describes the staff as helpful, polite, cooperative and technically capable. Pricing is described as reasonable in one review, though no specific customer prices are provided. There are important service caveats: one customer said a silicone delivery was forgotten after a promised date, while others reported rude or dismissive interactions.
For time-sensitive orders, confirm stock and delivery arrangements before relying on them for site work.
