Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm timing. Confirm the delivery window and follow up before relying on it for a hotel checkout or another fixed deadline.
Avoid bulky loads. Ask for a firm turnaround and item check before sending carpets or couch covers, which one review found slow and poorly handled.
Check garments. Inspect dry-cleaned clothes on collection, especially for stains, since one same-day order reportedly returned unfinished.
Ask service type. Clarify whether you need ironing, washing and ironing, or full dry cleaning; customers report all three options.
Check ironing rate. For a local price reference, one customer reported AED 3 per piece for ironing with next-day delivery.

The Bottom Line
Laundry Day FZ LLC is a collection-and-delivery laundry and dry-cleaning service in Dubai Production City. Customers use it for ironing, washing and ironing, full dry cleaning, and household items such as bed sheets, duvets and pillows. Several reviews praise quick turnaround, fresh results and clothes that come back carefully pressed; one customer said a dry-cleaning order completely removed stains.
Convenience is the main draw. Reviews describe evening collection followed by delivery the next evening, free pickup and delivery, and next-day ironing in some cases. Staff are often described as friendly, polite and helpful.
One customer also reported AED 3 per ironing piece, though that is a customer-reported price rather than a current tariff. The caution is delivery reliability. Alongside many punctuality reports, other customers describe missed appointments, repeated unanswered calls, late returns and even wrong or missing items.
Carpets and couch covers received particularly poor feedback for turnaround, smell and cleaning quality. If you have a hotel checkout, urgent clothing need or valuable bulky items, confirm the timing and inspect everything before accepting the order.
