Soft laundry
One customer liked that clothes remained soft after washing rather than feeling harsh or overprocessed.

Tips for a Better Visit
Confirm timing. Confirm the return time before handing over laundry; one next-day order arrived at 10 PM after a 7 PM collection.
Photograph items. Photograph customised or bulky items before pickup so their condition is documented, as one customer did with a chair cushion.
Check late hours. Call before visiting near closing time: one customer found the shop closed at 9 PM despite an advertised 10 PM closing.
Ask bulky turnaround. For blankets or cushions, get a firm turnaround commitment first; one blanket was reportedly outstanding for a month.
Inspect collars. Check shirt collars on delivery, especially where collar supports are involved; one order returned with all 12 collars damaged.

The Bottom Line
LaundryVan Damac Hills 2 BR is a local laundry service in Damac Hills covering everyday washing, wash-and-fold and dry cleaning. Customers also mention steam ironing and carpet cleaning, so it can handle more than a standard clothes drop-off. The strongest pattern is good results on ordinary laundry: clothes have been described as fresh, clean, soft and neatly folded, while one suit came back looking fresh after dry cleaning.
Pickup and delivery are a real part of the appeal. Some reviewers describe fast or on-time service, and wash-and-fold receives specific praise. Steam ironing is another useful option, with one customer saying it left clothes crisp and fresh.
Carpet cleaning is also mentioned as a deep-cleaning service for both carpets and clothes. There is an important reliability caveat. One customer’s next-day order arrived at 10 PM, while promised repairs were delayed and messages went unanswered.
Other reviews report a damaged customised shirt, 12 poorly finished shirt collars and an outdoor chair cushion returned dirty and damaged. For delicate clothing, blankets or bulky items, confirm the process and delivery time clearly, photograph the item before pickup, and inspect it on return. Also call ahead if visiting late, since one customer found the shop closed at 9 PM despite expecting a 10 PM closing.
