The logistics are highly frustrating; valet parking takes a full 30 minutes just to drop off or pick up your car, and the underground parking area is in such an unacceptable state it looks like a disaster zone. The dining experience itself was equally disappointing. The food was completely lacking in freshness—every single dish, with no exceptions. Furthermore, the venue is severely understaffed, which heavily impacts the service. Lastly, while the singer is talented, the volume of the live entertainment is overwhelmingly loud. It makes it impossible for guests to sit comfortably, chat, or enjoy their meal. The volume needs to be reduced to a third of its current level, if not lower. Highly unrecommended until management makes serious changes.”
