The Bottom Line
LifeTime Fitness Store in Port Saeed is geared towards people building or upgrading a home gym, as well as buyers sourcing larger commercial equipment. The showroom has a strong treadmill selection, and reviews also mention the NordicTrack 1750, Assault Runner Pro, Concept2 BikeErg and smaller items such as kettlebells and exercise balls. Being able to test a treadmill or take a Concept2 BikeErg for a ride makes the showroom more useful than simply browsing a product page.
Staff guidance is a recurring strength. Customers describe patient explanations, recommendations based on their actual requirements and help with assembly. Delivery can also be excellent: one stair climber damaged during unloading was replaced within hours, while another NordicTrack order shipped to Saudi Arabia arrived on time with technician assembly arranged.
Access and parking are described as easy, with plenty of spaces. The main caution is consistency. Some shoppers received orders the same day or next day, but others reported slow delivery, unanswered calls and conflicting updates.
Online stock also did not always match warehouse availability, so confirm both stock and delivery timing before paying. Opening may be later than the displayed 10am time. Promotional pricing can be worth checking: one customer reported a 38% discount on a treadmill during Yellow Friday.
