Makifornia - Jumeirah

Makifornia was born from a fabulous odyssey across Japan. In towns and villages, we encountered a rich and tasty culture. For the pleasure of your taste buds, we have achieved an extraordinary symbiosis between the West and the Far East, between modernity and tradition. Maki is an inspiration from the Rising Sun and Fornia recalls California and its `California Rolls. When the Empire marries the New World, the most astonishing flavors flow from this culinary wedding. Makifornia has the honor to invite you on a great gastronomic adventure combining a variety of Japanese dishes with an assortment of dishes revisited in the West.
