1. Beef and broccoli mix Net −1

   “I also ordered the beef and broccoli mix based on the menu photo, but what I received was completely different and tasted terrible. It was nothing like the picture.”

2. Chicken wing Net −1

   “We ordered lamb chops and chicken wing with a 4 parata bread and mentioned that we don’t want spicy at all . Lamb chops and chicken wings are both extremely spicy and missing bread. I called the restaurant to at least have our bread (they didn’t care about what happened or didn’t apologize) service personal said let me check with my staff they are not here . I hope staff will be back than we will have our bread . Thank you very much !!!! It was the worst experience that I had . I would recommend not to order anything from that place .”

3. Daing na bangus Net −1

   “The following day, 18/06/2026, we ordered Daing na Bangus and Sinigang na Hipon. The fish that was initially served was clearly not Bangus and appeared to be a different type of fish, seems like Rohu fish. When we questioned it, the staff insisted it was Bangus. Only after we requested a replacement did they serve the correct fish.”

5. Masala dosa Net −1

   “Visited Marina Kitchen after a long time for breakfast and ordered a masala dosa. I had hoped things would have improved since my last visit, but unfortunately, the experience was just as underwhelming. The dosa served was cold, and when I pointed it out to the staff, instead of making a fresh one, they simply reheated the same dosa on the tawa and served it back. When I questioned this, they casually admitted to reheating it rather than preparing a new one. After so many months, the only noticeable change is an AED 2 price increase—not the quality. The masala dosa was subpar, and the approach to customer service was disappointing. If the chef isn’t willing to maintain proper standards, perhaps management needs to enforce better guidelines or reconsider staffing. A restaurant should prioritize freshness and customer satisfaction—reheating a cold dosa instead of making a new one is unacceptable. I truly hope to see improvements in food quality and service on my next visit.”

6. Normal shawarma Net −1

   “Good prices and food quality, like the dosa😃but this time they cut normal shawarma pretending to he arabic and charged more😅but overall really recommend the place.”

7. Paneer kulcha Net −1

   “I have ordered paneer kulcha in which there is no Paneer inside it, along with it have ordered tea on which they are serving me 5 dhs tea inspite of 2 dhs.”

8. Red and white sauce pasta Net −1

   “Asked him for a mix of red and white sauce pasta and he said no without even asking the chef.”

9. Sinigang na hipon Net −1

   “Unfortunately, the experience became even worse when we found a bug in our Sinigang na Hipon. We immediately informed the staff, but they simply removed the bug and walked away without offering any apology.”

10. Tender coconut Net −1

    “I recently ordered a tender coconut and was excited. However, upon receiving my order, I was dismayed to find that the coconut was only half-filled with water, leaving hardly any liquid to enjoy. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, their response was unsatisfactory, suggesting that this was a common occurrence due to improper cutting. As a customer, I expect to receive what I paid for, especially when it comes to something as basic as a tender coconut. The lack of water not only diminished my enjoyment of the product but also left me feeling disappointed with the overall experience.”

11. Vegetable club sandwich Net −1

    “It is so annoying and disappointing that we have requested for breast part of the chicken and it arrived with legs and when we called it took them 55 min to arrive and for diabetic people who's taking insulin its very dangerous to delay food and meds. And for my part, i ordered VEGETABLE club sandwich. And it arrived with vegetable cutlet. Like why? I choose a vegetable to avoid unhealthy food. But gave me fried cutlet in my club sandwich. (Picture of the chicken was after they delivered the breast part) taste is 🤮 VERY DISAPPOINTING!!”
