The Bottom Line
Matrix is a smoke shop in Dubai Investment Park with a particularly broad vape selection. You can browse premium e-juices, pods and disposable vapes, and the shop also carries smoking accessories and tobacco options. Reviews suggest it is useful for both a quick purchase and a more guided choice when you are unsure what to buy.
The staff’s product help is a recurring strength. One customer said the team explained the difference between salt nic and freebase in detail, while another received an explanation of a coil and how to use it. That makes it worth asking questions rather than simply picking the first flavour or device on the shelf.
A review also specifically mentions Blackburn Russian tobacco. Delivery is repeatedly described as fast, and customers mention good prices and a wide collection. If you visit in person, one review reports free parking.
There are a few cautions: one customer complained about rude service and inconsistent pricing for the same product, while another disliked a product’s taste. It would be sensible to confirm the price before paying and ask for guidance on the exact product you are considering.
