The Bottom Line
MB Carlift Services is a carpooling and intercity transportation provider serving journeys across the UAE. Customers use it for Dubai–Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi–Dubai trips, airport transfers, and daily office commutes. A family also booked a 7-seater, so it can suit group travel when a larger vehicle is available.
The strongest pattern in the reviews is comfortable, safety-conscious travel. Passengers describe clean, well-maintained cars, smooth driving and punctual arrivals, while airport rides are praised for being spacious and stress-free. Several customers also call the fares affordable or good value, and one review highlights quick replies during booking.
The company is based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, while the reviewed journeys extend across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman and Sharjah. There is an important reliability caveat: most feedback is positive, but some customers report late pickups, including repeated delays. One review also raises a serious dispute over an advance payment and refund after only one day of travel.
Confirm the pickup time and refund terms before booking, especially for a prepaid commute package. For first-time users, asking about vehicle size is worthwhile if travelling with family or luggage.
