It screams arabic flavours and I first sampled a McArabia way back in the early 2000’s during my visits to UAE. Post that whenever I transit via Dubai I make sure I drop-in to McDonalds to pick up my most favorite McArabia.”

What I received was basically hot water with a brown color — there was no real chocolate flavor at all. The drink tasted bland, watery, and completely lacked richness. There was no sweetness, no creaminess, and absolutely no chocolate taste. I even asked the staff to add more chocolate powder, but I was told that this is how the drink is normally prepared. Unfortunately, this did not improve the taste and only confirmed how poor the quality was. If you are expecting a comforting, chocolatey drink, this is definitely not it. This experience fell far below McDonald’s standards and was very disappointing. I hope this will be looked into seriously and that quality control and training will be improved. I visited today Jan. 18, 2026 around 6:07pm”
