Tips for a Better Visit
Call ahead. For a hard-to-find medicine, call first: the team may be able to check another branch and arrange delivery.
Use WhatsApp. Try WhatsApp for medication or product questions before travelling to the pharmacy.
Ask questions. Bring your questions with you; one customer left with answers after discussing several pharmacy concerns.
Check late hours. If you need a late visit, check the current opening hours first; a customer specifically reported that it was open late.
Ask about use. For supplements or care products, ask for guidance on both the useful and less suitable aspects of a product.

The Bottom Line
Medicina Victory Heights is a community pharmacy in Dubai Sports City where customers go for medicines, vitamins, care creams, supplements and skin care products. The strongest theme in the reviews is the pharmacists’ willingness to explain products and answer medication questions rather than simply process a purchase. It is also useful when a particular medicine is proving difficult to find.
One customer had been searching for weeks before the pharmacy located the medicine and delivered it; another called about a specific children’s cough syrup and received a callback after staff checked a different branch. That makes calling ahead worthwhile for anything unusual or time-sensitive. Customers also mention good stock, late opening and WhatsApp communication, although current hours and availability should still be confirmed before setting out.
If you are choosing a supplement or care product, ask for advice on its positive and negative uses: reviews describe this kind of counselling as a reason people return. There are no customer-reported prices in the supplied reviews, and no meaningful complaints were provided.
